Update 2025..... My son has picked up carryout and the meat has improved. Every once in a while the fat is back but that happens anywhere. It's good often enough to update to 4 stars đ

5 stars because I go out of my way to avoid the location on Glenwood when I can. And its worth the detour.

Today was my last visit. I've been a total of 4 times my experience gets worse and worse. There is a tall guy with a big beard who's rude, doesn't ask any follow up questions and tosses the food around like he's making a plate for a dog. Store is always dirty and portion sizes are way to small. It sucks here. Just lost a customer

We went Tuesday evening. The place was not clean at all. We found one place to sit down that wasnât dirty. There were at least 5 people behind the counter, 2 of them were on their phone. I watched one of the employees spray a cleaner near the food prepping area. Disgusting đ¤˘

Everything about this place was awful. Employees didnât acknowledge me, the rice in my bowl was hard as if it wasnât even cooked, and the bowl was salty! That new sauce is gross as well. The manager on duty last night walked past me at the counter and he didnât say anything to me either. Wonât be returning here.

when people are paying top dollar for your food, please just give them decent portions. please attempt to get their order correct. please make sure youâre not giving them stale chips when theyâre paying almost $10 for like a 1oz âlargeâ bag of chips. huge bummer

Just went for a veggie bowl and wasnât even greeted, just askedâŚâwhat do you want?â in a very rude way by some big-beared guy.. Bowl was tossed so hard by the initial person that ingredients fell out. Told the cashier, thank you and welcome as I left and didnât get a goodbye or have a great day. Wasnât even acknowledged. Was the only customers in the place to receive such service. It was frustrating, I threw out the bag before leaving went to cookout instead. So much nicer.

This place is always dirty. Water all over the floor, inventory all over the tables. The drink machine or ice machine is always broken. Napkin area is a mess. And to top it all off they're incredibly stingy with their portion sizes and all their employees have an attitude. Pass.

I went to get a veggie salad for my break and once I got back to my office and started eating the texture was hard as if it was cooked all the way leading to a very unsatisfying meal. Whoever cooked the rice should be sure to check that it's soft and fluffy it tastes as if it was barley cooked
