Have you ever been told they were out of vinegarette dressing just for the person behind you to get one???.. I have!
I never get the greatest service here but this one deserved a shout out because that made absolutely no sense. They didn't even double checked when I asked but happened to "check" when the person behind me asked for dressing.

Best chipotle I’ve tried in NC. If you took food from the Boone chipotle and compared the taste to this one, you’d think they were two different restaurants. The food here is consistently good, the place is always clean and I always get great portions. 5 stars

My daughter ordered last night just after 9 pm ... posted hours are until 10 pm. She was reduced to tears by the team member that slammed the bowl down, didn't want to serve her in the first place, and could not have made her feel more unwelcomed. Either change your hours if you want to close at 9 or hire team members that are willing to work and serve customers until your posted closing time. Your food is expensive enough so couple that with a terrible attitude toward customers and you won't have any customers left to mistreat.

It's fine, but that's an awful lot of money to pay to go through a cafeteria line of Mexican food.

I frequent Chipotle a few times a week and this is the most inconsistent one I have ever been to. Small portion sizes, incredibly salty food. Avoid this Chipotle and go to the one on Falls. It’s only 5 minutes down the road.

The ONLY thing keeping this place alive is the general quality of Chipotle's food and brand as a national organization. If I could give negative stars for service, I would.
I truly don't know what corners of North Raleigh - a generally nice area - Chipotle recruiting goes to to find the employees who work here. This locations staff is comprised of the most unfriendly, inept group of people I think I've ever encountered in one place. If you say 'Hi, how are you today'?, they ignore you. 'Thank you' - they ignore you. When you're checking out, they don't so much as tell you the total. They stand there, sullen, seemingly irritated to be getting paid to do their jobs and serve you. Occasionally there's a friendly employee - usually the ones who seem like nice high school students and not gang affiliates.
Moreover, the food and portions are different every time. Usually, you get loaded down on rice and skimped on protein; every now and again it's reasonable. However, there's always variation in taste and quality. Sometimes the rice is hard as a rock. Sometimes the barbacoa is so oversalted you can't eat it (coming from someone who loves salt), sometimes you get 4 beans, sometimes you get a whole scoop, etc.
I love Chipotle as a brand and organization. I love that the food is comprised solely of whole ingredients. But the staff here is utterly insufferable. Chipotle needs to swallow its pride, call the head of recruitment at the Chick Fil A across the street, get on their hands and knees, and BEG the good people at Chick Fil A to teach them how to recruit pleasant, competent staff.

I'd avoid this location if possible. They routinely underserve portions, and the food quality is often below the level of other Raleigh Chipotle locations.

When I walked in the staff was standing behind the counter looking incredibly disgruntled. I smiled and said I had an order for pickup. A woman rolled her eyes, asked for my name and handed me the bag. Staff seemed more interested in spilling tea and gossiping than doing their jobs. I split the burrito with my partner and she found almost an entire onion core in her half and the chips were incredibly stale. I won't be ordering at this location again

This location continues to let me down, so I won't be coming back ever. Half of my visits result in me walking out the door due to ingredients being unavailable. They never have guac and when they do it is usually brown and nasty. The staff is not very friendly and get annoyed when you try to customize your order!

Walked in and started ordering only to be stopped halfway through for another customer. The man making my bowl was dismissive and about to use an old bowl of rice for my order that I saw him just moments earlier plucking pieces of food out of. Then, when they make my burrito, I intended to order two meats but was cut off before I could even communicate my order. Then, I get my burrito and it is smaller than my fist. See photo for reference next to a large container of salsa. Not sure if this is company wide or these employees just sucked at their job, but something isn’t right at this joint.
