The fried food was soft and mushy, the dumplings were doughy.
The chicken fried rice was really good though.

SOOOOOO GOOD!!! Crab rangoons are fire!! Chicken lo mein is my favorite ever that I've had in Raleigh so far (and I've tried many through the triangle) go go go!!!

Mongolian beef was pretty good but chowmein and fried rice were a little bland. Appetizers came after the food.

This place never misses. Very consistent good Chinese food. Best Chinese in the area.

The food was surprisingly good and the service was great. Our table shared many different dishes and they were all delicious. We will go there again soon.

Was in Raleigh for a couple of days with my dad and son and decided to get Chopstix for dinner since it was a short distance from the hotel.

We decided on takeout. Dad got the General Tso combo and a spicy salmon roll. I decided on the orange chicken combo with a California roll. That also came with fried rice.

The person that took our order seemed a little impatient and not as warm. I chalked it up to it being a long day and it being a few hours before closing. We were quoted a wait time of 15 minutes so we left to make a quick trip and came back within that timeframe.

There was a different guy at the checkout counter and he definitely wasn’t friendly… The first person who rung in the order didn’t take our name or number. So he played 20 questions with me trying to figure it out. They also left out silverware and when my dad went in to get some, the guy was reluctant and questioning him on if he was a paying customer. Service was definitely lacking in that aspect.

The food:

I can honestly say that I’ve had 10x better at an all you can eat Chinese buffet for the same price (maybe even less). The rice was dry and the orange chicken was sauced heavily in a gooey (not a good kind) glaze. The chicken was also a little rubbery. It also had a “chemical-like” flavor. My dad’s looked somewhat more appetizing than mine did. Our sushi in the same container which was inconvenient as we had no plates at the hotel. The sushi was ok.

Afraid of food poisoning being a possibility, I gave my one year old something else to eat. Luckily, no one got sick, which was my fear after seeing some of the reviews.

Took Mom out to dinner here after a Crabtree Valley mall trip while we were shopping for Hokas.

We wanted somewhere with steamed tofu and veggies and sushi! Pictured is the steamed tofu + Dynamir roll and the Funky Monkey roll which has banana in it so that was a unique touch.

Service could be better. Update 2/14/25.
I called in an order today & when I got there I was told, she forgot to put it in.....they said bc it's busy....as I sit here and wait there are 13 punters in the restaurant, not that busy....
I've only had to go orders. That being said, the food is outstanding! Keep going back bc of that.

Delicious food and great service! Our favorite Asian restaurant we’ve been to since we moved to North Carolina. They have over 50 sushi options!!! I highly recommend the Crunchy Roll, Pad Thai, and Szechuan Pork!

I had the worst experience at this Chinese restaurant in Raleigh. The food was disgusting — I honestly thought I was about to get food poisoning. The chicken was dry and rubbery, like it had been sitting in a freezer for weeks. And don’t even get me started on the sauce; it was thick and slimy, almost like mucus, and it made me gag after just one bite. The rice was bland and tasted like they threw some old grains in a pan and hoped for the best. If you care about your taste buds, do NOT waste your money here. This place should be shut down. It's a complete disrespect to Chinese food!
