I love both Relish and the kitchen table! Their food never disappoints! Been coming to Relish for years and never had a bad experience. I’ve also never had anything on their menu that didn’t taste great! Their customer service is always amazing as well. The Kitchen Table is a wonderful place for either a date night or a group outing. The ability to play games makes the experience fun, with a huge selection of games for various ages and difficulty levels. A knowledgeable gamemaster gives game recommendations and explains how to play. The restaurant has a cool vibe and is very bright and intimate. The menu includes items like fried broccoli with vegan ranch, avocado chickpea wrap, waffle monte cristo, hot honey chicken tacos, dry rubbed wings, Quesa Birra Tacos, churro beignets, and short ribs and grits. Food and cocktails are amazing, with cocktails crafted in house. The wait staff is kind, attentive, and works well together. There are not many vegan or gluten free options, but those options are indicated. The bathrooms are two single stalls, gender neutral. Guests can stay at the table and play games for $10 per 2 hours on Fri-Sun. The unassuming building should not fool anyone; it is a best kept secret in Raleigh.
