I experienced many issues during my morning visits while Kimberly was away. Now that Kimberly is back the customer service is superior, no more wait times for your food and your food is hot. Kimberly truly deserves a raise. I really hope Hardees rewards Kimberly for her superior customer service and how she runs things in the mornings. This Hardee's on Creedmoor Road in Raleigh is noted for its very friendly and pleasant staff, contributing to great service that makes customers want to return. The food is consistently good and fresh, with specific praise for the breakfast platter with Country Fried Steak, the new Maple breakfast items, and the always-fresh fresco burger and fries. The restaurant is in a good location with easy access and plenty of parking, and is generally very clean. While the drive-through is very busy and the customer beverage machine ice dispenser was not working, the positive experiences with the professional and friendly staff overshadow minor inconveniences like occasionally needing to fetch utensils or desiring more frequent table cleaning. Many customers consider this their favorite Hardee's location.
