My wife and I had a craving for burgers to go with chili on them. I ordered one regular burger Cook Out style and one regular burger tray with fries and onion rings. The fries and onion rings were good. The burgers were really good. The banana pudding shake was one of the most amazing desserts ever, which we shared nicely. The only reason that I gave the atmosphere a "4" is because it is tough waiting in the drive through lane smelling all the good food while waiting...
Customer Service has definitely changed for the better. Paris was pleasant and patient. The food was great as well.
Just visited 2/7/25 with my son. It's his favorite spot, HOWEVER, Brian was running drive thru, fixing food, keeping the team on task. He gave outstanding (A+) customer service.

This location is usually good about having my order right. Unfortunately I was missing an item in my tray. :< Everything was great otherwise, and the employees are professionally sound.
