The guy Abdul is a certified OG he makes this store a great experience for me. I specifically skip the other ones on my way to go here bc he never has ever got my order incorrect. He is always on point. King Abdul!
My wife and I had a craving for burgers to go with chili on them. I ordered one regular burger Cook Out style and one regular burger tray with fries and onion rings. The fries and onion rings were good. The burgers were really good. The banana pudding shake was one of the most amazing desserts ever, which we shared nicely. The only reason that I gave the atmosphere a "4" is because it is tough waiting in the drive through lane smelling all the good food while waiting...
Customer Service has definitely changed for the better. Paris was pleasant and patient. The food was great as well.
Just visited 2/7/25 with my son. It's his favorite spot, HOWEVER, Brian was running drive thru, fixing food, keeping the team on task. He gave outstanding (A+) customer service.
