Went at 8:00pm to use a free chocolate chip cookie voucher I had. 8:00 pm they are sold out of almost every single cookie… so you stay open til 12am doing what? On top of that staff was in a bad mood I guess. Anyways never again :)

Came on the 27th of November to get a 6 pack of cookies with my son after his hair cut as a reward he took one bite of the chocolate chip cookie and did not eat the rest I had the chocolate silk pie which was amazing but my boyfriend had eaten one of the chocolate chip cookies that night to see why my son wouldn’t eat it and ended up with food poisoning we went to the ER to confirm it was food poisoning please bake the cookies a tad bit longer or ensure all are evenly weighed my son knew off the bat something wasn’t right and he is 5 but the pies were amazing :/

App was not working properly and we didn't get our points.

I tried Crumbl today to use my T-Mobile Tuesday deal for a free chocolate chip cookie and decided to try their pumpkin cake also. The cookie was warm and delicious and I'm sure the cake will be the same!! I will definitely be back to try their other selections!
