I ordered this cookie because it looked fun and interesting with all of the sprinkles and crumbled up cookies on top. When I received the cookie, the employee did not open the box so I took the box outside. Upon opening the box I noticed there were no sprinkles or cookie crumble pieces on top. I went back in to inform the employee, and I pointed out the display which was correctly made, and he said” oh those are just broken up cookies pieces” and offered no solution to resolve the problem. So appearently I was not going to get cookies that look like the display. Those topping were a big reason why I chose two of those cookies in my 4 pack.
My wife stopped by after watching a movie. She was treated rudely and like she didn't exist by the female staff. No cookie is worth that!

Went at 8:00pm to use a free chocolate chip cookie voucher I had. 8:00 pm they are sold out of almost every single cookie… so you stay open til 12am doing what? On top of that staff was in a bad mood I guess. Anyways never again :)

Came on the 27th of November to get a 6 pack of cookies with my son after his hair cut as a reward he took one bite of the chocolate chip cookie and did not eat the rest I had the chocolate silk pie which was amazing but my boyfriend had eaten one of the chocolate chip cookies that night to see why my son wouldn’t eat it and ended up with food poisoning we went to the ER to confirm it was food poisoning please bake the cookies a tad bit longer or ensure all are evenly weighed my son knew off the bat something wasn’t right and he is 5 but the pies were amazing :/
