I order cookies from here very often through the Crumbl app and have never had problems with delivery. Last night I ordered and sadly DoorDash messed up big time. Person “couldn’t find” my apartment which has never happened and decided to drop off the box at the front office which was closed. I get there and they were stolen. I called the store asking what could we do and Caroline picked up and PERSONALLY delivered a new box of cookies to me herself. I don’t write google...
I love that I can place an order quickly online and delivery happens within an hour! My son and his wife live almost 3,000 miles from us and it’s great to be able to easily send them fresh goodies for special days or holidays like Halloween at such an affordable price!!! Thank you, Crumbl!!!
