First time trying De Plantas today—WOW. The grilled cheese with birria dip might be the best sandwich I've had in a long time. Savory, crunchy, cheesy, and that dip? Drinkable. They nailed it.

De Plantas is a MUST. I had the Birria Pizza and Takidilla and I'm still thinking about it. The flavors were layered, the texture was spot-on, and you’d never guess it’s plant-based. This truck is doing things most full restaurants can’t even pull off. 10/10.

De Plantas Food Truck is a vegan paradise! My taste buds are still dancing from the incredible flavors we experienced there. We opted for the vegan birria tacos and vegan ramen, and let me tell you, they were out of this world!The vegan birria tacos were a revelation.
