They start cleaning with strong chemicals as early as an hour and 40 minutes before closing. We have met there as a group for knitting for years. Some members have expressed their sensitivity to the chemicals, but they don’t care. It didn’t use to be like this. Yes, we always order food and drinks. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
Good coffee option in the area, I got the honey cold brew. It has a classic and local feel, definitely unpretentious.

Have been here many times. The drive thru has never been a positive experience. They have really good organic drip coffee. I went this morning and asked for it in the drive thru and she told me they don't have organic coffee. I was confused and asked again because they always have it available. She said no and gave no explanation. I did not order anything.

The avocado toast left a lot to be desired but the latte was perfection and the atmosphere really saved this place. The customer service was kind and prompt.

Ordered in to dine in, cashier rang me up but forgot to ask what size I wanted, when I said I wanted a larger size she then charged me again, no big deal it was less than $1 but I felt I should not have been charged for her mistake. Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel- extremely bland, not even salt or pepper, and I couldn’t finish it after 2 bites. Ordered an iced macchiato that was 80% cream when I only asked for extra liquid flavor, asked again either for a refund or more espresso, at that point a manager I believe came out and was much more helpful than the cashier, as I was getting my order fixed the cashier then proceeds to charge me for the extra espresso being added to my drink (that should have been there originally) and the manager had to tell her not to charge me. Cover all your bases before charging people!!

They don’t have anything gluten free. Coffee was ok but almost all coffee shops have something gluten free.
Dietary restrictions: No gluten free. They don’t think it’s worthwhile to offer

Staff is so genuinely friendly and helpful, and there is a great selection of food and drinks. I especially like the flavor of the iced coffee, and how strong it tastes

The atmosphere here is quiet and would be a great place for remote work. I really like the local art they sell inside. Their menu has a large selection and good prices for Raleigh. My kids love coming here and sitting in the wingback chairs while they sip their smoothies.

Coffee is good but please change your drive thru. You're going to ruin people's cars...
