Big Ed's North Restaurant Reviews
Very friendly and kind folks. Me and husband go here a lot love it. Food is so delicious 😋. Thank you all so much.
My husband dropped off my mother and I at the front door. I entered the restaurant and asked for a table for three. The extremely rude hostess/ast. manager told we would have to wait for my husband to arrive before seating us. There I stand with my mother who has Parkinson and dementia having to wait before getting seated. I kid you not when we finally got seated it was literally 7 steps to our table that was vacant the entire wait. Big Ed's isn't ADA friendly. Avoid this restaurant!!
Comfort food! Huge hotcakes!

Big Ed's North Restaurant is a charming old-fashioned eatery serving comfort food reminiscent of home-cooked meals. The menu features daily specials and classic options like cheeseburgers. The atmosphere is country-inspired, with friendly service from staff like Chas and Centel. The food is delicious, with highlights including spinach and mushroom omelets, pork loin breakfasts, and large chef salads. Biscuits are light and fluffy. Prices are reasonable, making it a great value. The restaurant is known for its delicious food and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a satisfying meal. However, some guests have noted issues with seating arrangements, especially for those with mobility challenges, as the restaurant isn't very ADA friendly. Despite this, many visitors enjoy their experience, especially the large pancakes, which are highly recommended. Overall, Big Ed's North Restaurant remains a popular spot for comfort food and friendly service.
