They left me on hold 16 minutes until I called from my husband's phone to ask why. Delivery drivers are really nice but the customer service in store is horrible. I rather place my orders online and ONLY call them when they mess my pizza. Accidents happens, I understand but I feel like they just don't care.
I just wanted to compliment one of your drivers! My family and I got an unexpected knock on the door and to our surprise, it was dominos! We knew that none of us had ordered anything. After going over the receipt with the delivery guy, we figured out that the order was meant to go to 1500 Regency Parkway, Cary & not 3100 Regency Parkway.
