This Dominoes can NEVER get 2 pizzas rights. Extra cheese mean slight cheese. Light sauce means extra sauce. New York style means think crust not thin. I mean everything is always messed up. SO FRUSTRATING especially when hangry.

When we ordered they asked us to pick up within 15 minutes. When we reach they requested to wait another 15 minutes and in end it took more than 45 minutes. They were busy no doubt. Pizzas were also good but not good as usual.

This place is so slow. Came in and had to stare at a guy who was wearing headphones back for 10 minutes while the 5 other people working watched me. Finally was told it would only be a few minutes. Online estimate for my order was 8-18 minutes. Actual time. 45 minutes...and they got my order wrong.

I haven’t used Domino’s in years, but as the new guy in the neighborhood, I took a neighbor’s recommendation and gave it a shot. I ordered a very basic meal — a medium pizza and wings. Not rocket science. The food came quickly, I’ll give you that, but the pizza wasn’t even the pizza I ordered. At least the fatty wings were edible.
When I reported the mistake, the ‘make-good’ was… a coupon for a small two-topping pizza on a future order. So your idea of fixing a $50 wrong order is tossing me a $12 pizza sometime down the line? That’s like saying, ‘Sorry we totaled your car, here’s a bus pass.’
I’ll probably use the coupon eventually, but let’s be honest: this was not a great first impression. Speedy delivery is pointless if what shows up isn’t what I paid for.

Had a missing delivery, really great customer service. They delivered it again to my place in no time.
My order #542 was placed at 7:01pm on 07/13/2025. It went out for delivery at 7:20pm. I’m about 5 to 10 mins from the stores location and has ordered several times before never had to wait as long. The pizza was delivered at around 8:02pm never had a doorbell ring just notice on phone they placed it on the ground the bottom pizza looked as if it was turned upside down when opened and both pizzas were cold. Called the store was greeted by an unprofessional black male worker who seemed to not care and brushed it off as if I was bothering by calling to complain. They got paid I got treated as if I was a bother. If I knew they were this short staffed I’d picked it up myself. Now, they just want be back. Thanks for nothing.

Food was wrong, so I called the store…the employee seemed like he was brushing me off. I told him what I ordered he said they did not get it on their board, I was charged for so why didn’t it show on there end. Pizza was well done or sliced I had to slice with my cutter, or was it well done.

It was not the greatest experience. The pizza was not fully cooked in the middle, the edges were burned, the brownie/ cookie was burned and also the lava cakes were burned. I will most likely not to order from this location again. It’s less than a 1/4 mile from my house, but I will use another location from now on.
