Really nice group of employees. Use the kiosk. Don't bother them at the counter, they are busy. Don't be lazy customers and learn to use the kiosk.

I really can't rate the atmosphere because I go through the drive-thru. But just like everything else, the prices are going up and it's going to be too expensive for me to go everyday anymore. I don't have my own coffee pot now. I guess we're going to have to break bad and buy one

I got a brown sugar bacon on an English muffin and let me tell you. It was hands down the best sandwich I have ever gotten from dunkin. The bacon was actually crisp. The sandwich was hot and melty. It was seriously so good. Whoever was working today (8/13) at around 2pm deserves a raise. 10/10 pregnant lady approved.

Arrived middle afternoon there was an excellent selection of doughnuts like they just opened. Iced coffee was excellent and made to perfection. The staff was excellent and very helpful and friendly.

I asked for a hot coffee and received a warm coffee. I informed the girl at the window that the order was incorrect. She gets an attitude and slams the window closed. Im been coming here a long time. This was my last day giving them my money.

idk what is with this place and if it's bad mojo but nobody in there knows what their doing, ive ordered here twice and each time the girl looks at me like she made my drink wrong (like girl can't make a drink??) and then this other girl coming in and changing in the lobby and clocking in like why are you pulling up in sweat pants and changing in front of customers. what happened to changing in the car or maybe at your house??? also the manager is an actual man child who needs to grow up like you work at Dunkin you need to calm down. please just fire everybody atp there is no saving this place 😭

Train your staff. I didn’t mind waiting for them to do what they needed to do. But I do mind being completely ignored for several minutes. They were either oblivious to my presence or ignored me. Either way—shitty training and lack of accountability or responsibility.

Didn’t even buy anything I just left without a word. Bet that was the plan for them as soon as I walked in.
