The food was 🗑 meat was unseasoned, not flavorful. I wasted $17+ I wished I could get my money back. And they made a big deal about a green sauce. They gave two green sauce for 5 tacos 🌮. Please dont buy there if you do not want to waste your money.

I'm not from Raleigh but I ate before from one of this food trucks. Unfortunately this time they failed to make sure the pineapple wasn't spoiled. I order tacos of a pastor and azada the a pastor was great but the spoiled pineapple make me spit it out. The azada was dry like if it has been recooked. The tortillas will falling apart like if they didn't mix the masa enough. Unfortunately this is the last time I'm eating here. Hopefully I don't get sick.

This truck is placed at a busy gas station and lots movement going on. Kinda made me nervous with where I’m from and the way it was crowded. But it is paired with another taco truck. BUT the food was amazing!!

The food is not typical, the service is terrible, it is not good, no matter what, lack of professionalism
Overused, but "authentic" definitely describes El Ray del Taco. Go get some.
