Today we had an excellent lunch of eggplant parm with a Ceasar salad. My husband had the same but with a side of pasta. Eggplant was nice and thinly sliced and the sauce was amazing. We tried the non alcoholic italian cream sodas which was a plesant surprise. We finished off with an affogato and pistachio gelato. Food was great and service was fantastic. This is truly a gem in Raleigh. Highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of dining at Encore Ristorante and it was outstanding from start to finish. The dishes not only looked stunning on the plate, but the flavors and textures matched the beautiful presentation. Every bite felt authentic, fresh, and full of character.
We had the chance to meet Chef John, who was incredibly kind and welcoming — it was clear his passion for food sets the tone for the whole experience. The service was equally impressive; the waitstaff knew the menu inside and out and guided us with excellent recommendations.
The cocktails deserve their own mention — both the Martini and the Old Fashioned were perfectly balanced and expertly crafted. When it came time for dessert, we were blown away. Every option is made in-house, and you can taste the difference: decadent, flavorful, and unforgettable.
The ambiance rounded it all out — the main dining room is filled with natural light from the large windows, giving it a warm and inviting atmosphere.
A truly exceptional experience in every way — can’t wait to return!

LOVE the food here. We went last night as a group of friends and everyone raved about their food. And as a bonus, I got so excited when I opened the refrigerator just now and remembered I had leftovers I could eat for lunch!
Had a reservation to celebrate our 12th wedding anniversary and it was fantastic! We were seated immediately and had an amazing server (Amaya). The food was excellent: calamari, Italian wedge salad, Lasagna Bolognese, Grandma's Sunday Gravy and Espresso Cheesecake. We ordered a bottle of champagne as well. We will definitely be back. Great place to celebrate a special occasion and the prices weren't so high that you couldn't enjoy a normal dinner out here either.

Had dinner there this past Sat evening. It was perfect! Awesome drinks and service. The Oyster app was awesome and the Halibut Dinner Special Entrée was the most wonderful fish dish we have ever had. What a treat. Encore and the staff never fails us!

My husband and I celebrated our 24th anniversary here. This was our first visit but we will definitely be back. Everything was amazing and our waiter, Payton, made our night. From the moment we sat down we were treated like family. The gnocchi and flounder were delicious and the lemon tart just completed the evening. Payton even created a 24 out of the oil and vinegar dip for us!
