Went for lunch today. Had a coupon but I was pretty sure it didn't include this particular shop. Before I could even ask, one of the employees said...we don't use that coupon. Rather rude, I'd say. Ordered our sub from guy at register. Had to wait. He didn't even acknowledge our wait nor did he acknowledge that the line was out the door.
