Our first time trying Palestinian food and it was truly amazing! I absolutely loved the beef samosas and the maqlouba! The seasoning was really unique and I was amazed at how moist and tender the chicken breast was! Will definitely be going back.
Our first time trying maqluba didn’t disappoint! The lovely woman who served us (who I assume is one of the owners) gave us great recommendations, including to get a second chicken leg in the maqluba for one we ordered. The sampler platter was also delicious, and we especially enjoyed the kibbeh. Don’t skip the mint lemonade either! We were visiting, but will definitely be sending anyone in the area to Flip It.
We had a wonderful dinner experience at Flip It. The appetizer sampler came quickly and gave us a taste of the best of their appetizers. Then we shared the maqlouba with an extra piece of chicken. The chicken was so tender and the rice was perfectly cooked. It was the perfect amount of food for two hungry people. I would definitely recommend!
