I guess the economy is even taking its toll on Gigi’s!! I come here every year for the Birthday Surprise Cupcake as it’s a fun treat! Funfetti cake loaded with SPRINKLES & it ALWAYS has a Birthday Candle. I guess not this YEAR! Even when I inquired & ask about it there was only a dumbfounded look given. I mean it’s even pictured on the website ?. Incl previous year pic. Anyways, the cupcakes are delish but disappointingly they also didn’t have ALL the flavors...

This year at Mother's Day lunch, we had two guys celebrating their birthday. Mom asked me about getting a cake or cupcakes. As soon as I landed in Raleigh at the airport, I googled cupcakes to see what locations popped up and there was Gigi's.
