My sandwich was unfortunately dry. The service was ok but I didn't feel like they care to go above and beyond, the place was hot but it was a pretty little place

Was visiting Raleigh just for the day and my kids wanted tacos (it was Tuesday). We went in and got fresh guacamole and chips, a chicken quesadilla and asada tacos. WOW! Everything was amazing, the food, service and the decor. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town

I was truly surprised at how delicious this little restaurant was. The outdoor seating is plentiful, but we to sit inside. It is kitsch but adorable.
The food made it GREAT. My wife ordered the green chicken enchiladas and they were hot, shredded and covered in a wonderful creamy green sauce that had a wonderful taste.
I had the Torta, and while it was as huge as others I've had, it was of good size and great taste. I highly recommend this wonderful location and will be back soon. Also, the staff are rockstars. Enjoy.

A bit disappointed with the food here. Not big portions, got the chicken enchiladas and barely had any rice or beans, and not a lot of options. Felt like a missed opportunity for a neighborhood spot.

The service was excellent overall, and I have no complaints in that regard. The staff was very friendly, even though we arrived closer to closing time, which I greatly appreciate. The food was prepared and served very quickly, and the vegan Chorizo was absolutely delicious. I did not have an alcoholic beverage, but my companions did and offered no negative feedback, though no particular praise either. I would certainly consider returning for another visit. It was an above-average experience, though not quite a five-star one for me just yet.

Small but wonderful menu of traditional Fare with fun beverages such as a blackberry margarita. Has a low-key vibe and plenty of space to sit outdoors.
this is our go-to spot for mexican food. it’s so delicious. we’re vegetarian and gringo offers a lot of options for us (and vegans!). i’ve ordered the burrito twice now and love it. you can’t go wrong with the chorizo con queso (vegan chorizo!) and their speciality margaritas! if you’re looking for a laid back place with tons of good food, gringo a go go is for you.
the park is a little small but you can always park across the street in a massive parking lot for free!

This is one of our favorite restaurants! The food has always been delicious- authentic, simple/not overly dressed and each item is done very well, authentic. The tacos are filled with generous portions of well seasoned meat or fish. They have a large vegan menu as well. The service has always been very good, and we love the atmosphere and decor. Would highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the food here. They have several vegan protein options and vegan cheese/sour cream. Haven’t been able to enjoy dinner at Mexican restaurant with protein options in a long time. I had the alambre with vegan cheese and chicken. Will definitely be back.
