I love trying new food trucks, this experience was awesome. Met the owner Jeff W. He’s a great guy, plenty of personality.I ordered a brisket plate and a shrimp and fries combo.Normally I never finish my fries but man were they delicious. Nothing extra going on (no parsley) just good seasoning and fresh. The shrimps were cooked to perfection!Brisket isn’t quite like Texas but for good ole NC I’d definitely get it again.Next time I’ll try the burger.Trey - Couch Oil Company.
I cant say enough great things about this delicious, smoky, bbq on wheels treat we had the pleasure of tasting! The bbq was phenomenal, and the fried ochre was perfection. The gentleman working the window was by far the nicest, most knowledgeable guy in the biz. He even gave my husband a few tips on making the perfect smoked meats. I’ll be on the lookout for this food truck at any event I attend from now on!
