This dish started as a way to use stale tortillas, however, we use our fresh tortillas and sauté them in a tomatillo sauce and top it with grilled chicken or vegan chicken, sour cream, cilantro, and onion served with rice and beans.

Grilled Mexican bread filled with mayo, cabbage, tomato slices, pickled jalapeños, grilled onions, and guacamole choice of filling served with a side of made-to-order potato chips.

Update, wanted to thank to GRINGO a Go Go for caring about their reviews, that meas they care. Because of that i wanted to ask my boys about their input and experience on this restaurant (it wasn't just my input what matter but all of us) and they definitely say they would love to be back, my review change base on all this, THANK YOU. We be back.

My sandwich was unfortunately dry. The service was ok but I didn't feel like they care to go above and...

Was visiting Raleigh just for the day and my kids wanted tacos (it was Tuesday). We went in and got fresh guacamole and chips, a chicken quesadilla and asada tacos. WOW! Everything was amazing, the food, service and the decor. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town

I was truly surprised at how delicious this little restaurant was. The outdoor seating is plentiful, but we to sit inside. It is kitsch but adorable.

The food made it GREAT. My wife ordered the green chicken enchiladas and they were hot, shredded and covered in a wonderful creamy green sauce that had a wonderful taste.

I had the Torta, and while it was as huge as others I've had, it was of good size and great taste. I highly recommend...
