The door was locked and we came at 1am. the website says store closes at 3am. i placed an online order and a 16 inch pizza was almost 30 dollars. also the whole restaurant just looks completely abandoned.

This place used to be good unfortunately they decided to close but don’t worry they will still take your money! However, a slice of NY pizza is right down the street and actually worth the money!!!

If I could give zero stars I would!! Ordered delivery on their website and was charged for the food only for it to be cancelled. When trying to call it just gave an automated response. When we went to pick up our food the place was locked and the open sign on! A complete scam!! Don’t worry though slice of NY pizza is right down the street affordable and open!!

Never got my food because the Uber eats driver cancelled my order right at 2am saying they couldn't find my apartment. I've called this location multiple times for 2 weeks and no one ever answered. I even went to the location on a Thursday after 6pm when they should be open and they never opened so I left. They stole $40 and I never got to try the food to even rate a fair shot. If you order from here I suggest you do a pick up yourself in person and don't Uber eats through their website. THEIVES!

I completed an online order. When I arrived to get my order, it wasn’t ready. The associate stated that he had just opened the store and that I could wait 30-40 minutes (The website states that the store opens at 6:00 PM; I arrived at 7:15 PM. My receipt shows that the order would be ready at 7:04 PM). I said no and asked for a refund. He stated that the money should be returned within an hour. I never received the money. I also sent an email to the Gumby’s email address with screenshots of my order, I never received a response. Very disappointing and frustrating. Please provide people with the food and service for which they have paid.

I really tried with them. They told me Uber Eats was causing them issues so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But I ordered directly from them and they still didn't deliver and a charge still posted to my account. It's a complete mess.
Very clean and good restaurant. Food is awesome and so is the staff.

Came here to amend my review. The place looks like crap inside. It was never great, but it's the worst it's ever been. The hours change all the time. I placed an order for 3:30pm on Wednesday and they put it in the oven at 3:45. Update your online order hours.
