I really tried with them. They told me Uber Eats was causing them issues so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But I ordered directly from them and they still didn't deliver and a charge still posted to my account. It's a complete mess.

Came here to amend my review. The place looks like crap inside. It was never great, but it's the worst it's ever been. The hours change all the time. I placed an order for 3:30pm on Wednesday and they put it in the oven at 3:45. Update your online order hours.

Not an exaggeration…90 minutes to get the pizza to my hotel, which is a seven minute drive. When it arrived, it was lukewarm at best and I had to microwave it in my room.

Just really awful customer service after 12pm. Pizza order said it would be ready at 1:08. It was placed around 12:45 and I didn’t end up receiving it until 1:45. I feel for them, they’re insanely understaffed for a Saturday night on a college campus. (There were only two workers handling everything). However, the guy at the counter could not care any less if he tried. First I send in my boyfriend who he ignored, so I walk in give my name and I’m told it’s not ready. Was never told how long (even though I asked) and waited 15 more minutes in the store. The kicker, my pizza was ready for 10 minutes almost just sitting on the shelf because the guy was busy doing other things. Extremely standoffish, unhelpful, and rude :/. I would not have been so upset if the time had told me it would take an hour. I would’ve gone somewhere else and killed time while we waited. Be truthful about your wait times and maybe have someone who can atleast pretend to care behind the counter.
This place is an NC State Raleigh Staple. They are most known for their pokey stix but honestly the pizza is also crave worthy.
