I normally enjoy getting food from this location, however today was just abysmal. First time I've ever been asked to come inside to pick up my order placed via app. The older lady working the drive through (bless her heart she was really trying), but was not getting much help from her co workers. Went inside to collect my order, and when I got back to my car was blocked in by the massive line in the drive thru. The person in front of me got pissed and floored it in reverse to try and get out of the drive thru lane and almost backed right into me. To add insult to injury, we received overcooked stale burgers that were missing toppings, and incorrect beverages, and got another burger instead of a chili dog.

We decided to give Hardee's new Maple items a try for breakfast. The food was delicious, full of maple flavor, and was still smoking when we received our order.These new items are worth the drive and we will be back soon! The service was great as well which was another plus.

My experience was not that good at all. The manager was on the phone and could not be bothered. My fries were cold and my burger was horrible. I was traveling and came back in line to file a complaint and it was not addressed.

Glad I'm not the only one who has noticed this location has gone down hill. In the food industry if people don't care and are lazy people get sick, families who had a chaotic day end up having horrible dinners , if you want to not care about your job work at foot locker. It's not the end of the world ,but sometimes we use hard earned dollars for a meal after a long day of work and it sucks to have people care so little. Love to see staff goofing off but not with a line of people when it's not even busy and then when it finally comes out with the most mannerless service ever it's the most sloppy worst tasting Hardee's I've ever had. Staff needs to be changed

I thought it was closed b.c this place is in the most high traffic area I'm town and yet down virtually no business. Locals know to stay away from this place, get some people hired who care about their jobs. Customer service and quality are garbage. Very immature staff, if they are teenagers I understand, but I think they were grown adults acting that foolish.

Drive thru usually runs pretty fast compared to others in the morning
You guys need to get your #$& together. It's almost 2025 and you don't accept tap to pay at the window because your terminal doesn't reach. How ridiculous. I'm not getting out of my car and you just lost a very recent new customer.

Biscuits were cold. Manager was rude and threatened to not serve me because I asked why it took so long at the drive thru. He said he had the right to refuse me service. I am a 78 year old great grandmother. What could I possibly have done to receive that kind of treatment from not an employee but a manager. The employees behind him looked so embarrassed and mouthed "sorry". Never will I go to Hardees 1206 again!
