Absolutely ridiculous “ short staffed “ in the kitchen but still over seating (I’m here for a door dash that’s taken 30 minutes) all the staff are rude as hell and you will be met with more attitude than customer service absolutely rude I should not be pissed off cause I was yelled at by your staff trying to pick up an order

First of all - they only had decaf coffee. What breakfast place ran out of coffee on Sunday morning?? Then we waited for our food close to an hour. Ordered basic breakfast: pancakes, eggs, sausage.. pancakes were flat and dry.Never again. This location killed IHOP for us.

First, they didn't have crepes secondly after already waiting for 45 minutes after we placed our order, without the server checking on us, they then told us they were out hashbrowns and asked for a substitute. Then it took another 30 minutes for us to finally get our food, which was cold and not good. The server was a sweetheart but got flustered and did not communicate well. She then tried to make up for it by giving us a fruit cup, which me and my wife did not ask for and did not want. We will not be coming back.

Overall this is just a poorly run operation from top to bottom. Food and beverages come out of order. No fresh coffee on a SUNDAY morning so they have to brew a fresh pot etc. Ordered beverage come out at the end of the meal etc.etc.etc..They have a big sign out front touting "under new mgmt". This led to an expectation that this location had improved from bad service, slow service and total unorganized kitchen to something better. It hasn't. Go elsewhere or another IHOP location. Trust me.

I’ve applied for a position at that ihop on capital just the conversation with the the host answering the phone tells me that they are not professional at all talked to the management after 3 weeks of calling to talk to management was put on hold for 45mins to an he then when they returned to the phone while I’ve been on hold they hang up so see why everybody has went to other ihop to eat

Service and staff were okay. My waiter was polite, attentive, and had no problem sending my order back when it came out incorrect. I had to send my eggs back TWICE. They initially came out with cheese, and I ordered them without cheese due to medical complications. By the time I received them back, my pancakes and bacon were cold. Then finally when the eggs came out without cheese as I requested they were overcooked to the point that they were brown. Would not return to this specific Ihop

The food was great and hot when it arrived at the table. We were one of four parties at the restaurant. There was only one person working there and she was doing it all. Seating customers, taking orders, cooking food, waiting tables, checking tables for further service, and billing the customer for checking out. I had to get up and ask for the bill after a long wait. Cuto's to the lady, she was awesome, just not enough help to be effective.
This place sucks!!! I'm sorry but we waited two hours for our food, the food was good but it shouldn't take that long. Too much sitting around and in the bathroom chatting. It was not crowded at all. Service just down right terrible. I will never go back there again if I was starving. They even locked the door because they said they were short staffed. All the people there was just walking around doing nothing. They gave us discount then said we were short $6.82. What kind of mess is that. CLOSE NOW!!!

I’m feel afraid of these things because a good cook service but ℹ notice that they has roach around the table , floor everywhere and they were job doesn’t good work dishwasher. It’s possible will temporarily replace ihop in future. But don’t let them do people who sick from roach , everything witnessed morning.
