First, they didn't have crepes secondly after already waiting for 45 minutes after we placed our order, without the server checking on us, they then told us they were out hashbrowns and asked for a substitute. Then it took another 30 minutes for us to finally get our food, which was cold and not good. The server was a sweetheart but got flustered and did not communicate well. Overall this is just a poorly run operation from top to bottom. Food and beverages come out of order. No fresh coffee on a SUNDAY morning so they have to brew a fresh pot etc. Ordered beverage come out at the end of the meal etc.etc.etc..They have a big sign out front touting "under new mgmt". This led to an expectation that this location had improved from bad service, slow service and total unorganized kitchen to something better. It hasn't. First of all - they only had decaf coffee. What breakfast place ran out of coffee on Sunday morning?? Then we waited for our food close to an hour. Ordered basic breakfast: pancakes, eggs, sausage.. pancakes were flat and dry.Never again. This location killed IHOP for us.
