This is the 2nd time I have placed an order with the Battle Bridge location here in Raleigh,NC and it was incorrect….As a Muslim I do NOT eat pork nor have I ever, yet there were huge pieces of bacon on my sandwich. Included what I ordered through the app because I would NEVER put bacon on my sandwich. Again this is the 2nd time I’ve eaten a sandwich from this location and been in pain after, beyond Upset!

I said Jersey Mike's is pretty great overall but I feel like I was almost in shock when I went inside this one near my house!! Behind the counter were three of the most beautiful sandwiches I've ever seen in my life haaaa:) albeit I was hungry does not matter because these were perfect they could be used for Global advertising and this young girl was so focused and really cared! I couldn't stop commenting to her and other stuff about how gorgeous they were beyond that she was really nice and pleasant and not annoyed by my constant compliments the gentleman that was working there was super nice, alive, aware and genuinely smiled and listening. he followed my instructions perfectly and when invited me back and I felt like he really wanted me to come back again so thank you Jersey Mike's and thanks to these workers and I just made myself hungry thinking about their sandwiches!!!

I pick up a sandwich from this shop about twice a week, sometimes more, ever since they opened. They have never, not once, let me down. Sandwiches are always perfect and prepared carefully, but more importantly the staff is charming, thoughtful, and most importantly, nice.
I’ve had conversations with nearly everyone there at one time or another, and I’ve yet to have an experience that didn’t brighten my day in some way. I’m a restaurant manager and I wish that my team was this good, amazing people here.
Forgive me guys, I don’t remember anyone’s name (except for Amber because I have a little crush on her), but every person in that building has made me feel special and given me an opportunity to connect with another human being in a way that improves my day, and my life.
Shoutout to the whole team, you guys are the reason that I eat so many sandwiches. Thank you!

This is my neighborhood Jersey Mikes. I’ve visited a good amount of times before today and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. Today tho.. has been one of those days for me. I walk in, order my food it wasn’t busy and then I go to my car to wait. Hoping to see when they were done with my sandwich so I can go back inside to get it, my expectations were exceeded when the nice gentleman bought it to my car. This may seem like something minor to some but to me it was everything. That gesture literally brightened my day. As long as it feels neighborly I will forever visit. I felt seen today and that’s all it takes to gain a customer for life. The chicken Philly I tried for the first time was good but I’m a number 8 girl so I’ll be sticking with my usual from here on out lol.

I had given up on Jersey mikes after visiting the location in Cary which was terrible. I’m so glad I gave them another try at battle bridge! Ready quickly, I was greeted right away - and the sandwiches were made perfectly… all super fresh ingredients. I was super impressed! Keep up the good work guys!

The environment was okay. My order was taken properly. I am just confused with the quality of my sandwich. I ordered the buffalo chicken. I did not order it to be dumped in a bucket of hot sauce. I am hardly disappointed with Jersey Mike’s but today, I’m disappointed.
I recently visited and unfortunately had a rather disappointing experience. While the food was decent, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism displayed during my visit. Children were running around and even playing with people’s food, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unhygienic. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect and cleanliness, and this behavior really detracted from the overall dining experience. I hope the management takes note of this and ensures a more professional environment moving forward.

My first visit. I live in the neighborhood across the street. Amanda was incredible! She greeted me with a warm smile and provided top-notch service from start to finish. My online order was ready in no time, and the food was fresh and delicious. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and kind—she truly made my visit enjoyable. Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have her!
