Nice clean location but the Caucasian old man working on the grill don't give the right meat portions & when you confront him about he gets a racist attitude. Not playing me for my meat so keep your giant sub!! Black dude & young white kid are great but the griller is horrible

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!! Customer service is some of he worst I’ve ever seen. It took 50 minutes to get my online order that was just sitting in the back and worker was incredibly rude when I asked them to check on it after waiting 50 minutes. I have never had them complete my order exactly correct either. One time worker made nasty comments towards me for asking for mustard packets and proceeded to basically slam them in my hand and yell at me. Food is always good but never worth the drama.

5 people working on door dash orders while 1 guy was left to handle the customers actually standing in line. Service was awful so I just walked out. No thanks, I’ll spend my money elsewhere!!!!!

Ordered a chicken philly for to go and they made a beef philly.. they have not responded to my tickets or tried to make it right. Good luck trying to make anything right after they make a mistake from this ownership..

Placed an order for delivery. Received a $20 sandwich made incorrectly and not edible due to food allergies. Ordered a bowl that hardly had anything in it. Sent corporate an email and never received a response.

Bad mood Mike was really pissed that I didn’t want my sandwiches Mikes way. Like, bro had frustrations. Then he elbowed the nice girl out of the way so he could continue to wrap/bang my sandwiches around. She had kindly offered to wrap the halves separately, but when he came in and started to wrap the whole Giant as one, and I jumped in to ask for separate wrap - he did NOT like that. And I was 1 of 2 customers vs like 5 workers. So, not sure what that was all about.
But the space is nice, they are set up for high volume. And the sandwich was good as usual.
