That lady at the cashier is no good. She forcefully gave me my order at the table and didn't have a smile or anything.

Placed an order for delivery. Received a $20 sandwich made incorrectly and not edible due to food allergies. Ordered a bowl that hardly had anything in it. Sent corporate an email and never received a response.

Bad mood Mike was really pissed that I didn’t want my sandwiches Mikes way. Like, bro had frustrations. Then he elbowed the nice girl out of the way so he could continue to wrap/bang my sandwiches around. She had kindly offered to wrap the halves separately, but when he came in and started to wrap the whole Giant as one, and I jumped in to ask for separate wrap - he did NOT like that. And I was 1 of 2 customers vs like 5 workers. So, not sure what that was all about.
But the space is nice, they are set up for high volume. And the sandwich was good as usual.

The girls that got work in there are ridiculously immature. Please tell them not to touch their faces and knows when they're preparing food.

I'm still relatively new to the Jersey Mike's experience, but this is my 3rd visit (2nd at this location) and these sandwiches are ALWAYS "the best sandwich I have ever eaten!" Staff is super polite, food is great, I have yet to leave unsatisfied!

Ordered a door dash today for the office (11 sandwiches). The door dasher must have missed the second bag or maybe someone else took the bag, not sure. I call the store and I spoke with the manager, Christina Jepson. She immediately remakes the 4 missing sandwiches and then drives out to our office and personally delivered them. She was great.

You really can never go wrong in Jersey Mike's.

Today in this location I feel the manager Christina went above and beyond.

She interacted with every customer that came in the door with a brief conversation.

Her staff was very courteous as well.

My cheesesteak was piping hot and Mike's way!

Worst steak and cheese I’ve ever had. What a ripoff!

I think that everyone should be trained to treat each customer with the same level of respect including the managers. The young lady did not rush the two prior gentlemen who was in front of me nor the lady after me. It's the customer service for me!

Service was awesome. The kids in here we super friendly and rained compliments down as soon as my colleague and I walked in the door. Also, my sandwich was delicious.
