I'd like to be contacted. These employees need to be fired. Blaring music so loud and laughing and being inappropriate. This location sucks. Maybe have some adults working vs just young people, they clearly didn't care about a thing. I came in and ate 6/26/25 around 2:45. Make it better and I'll change my opinion.

It took 30 minutes to get an online order that should have been ready when we got there. The order was still wrong when we got home. Subs should be marked out outside. They have no way of knowing what's inside after wrapping

Went to order at this location and I was already set on what my order was before going in upon arrival I was not greeted, nobody said anything like they needed a minute. Clearly they were in the middle of doing orders but they were also talking and standing around staring at me as nobody else was in the line.

This was one of my lease favorable experience at one of my favorite places to eat. The employee by the name of “Zack” was completely rude and inconsiderate of what I thought was a simple request.
I noticed that the area where they prepare food was extremely messy and I asked if he could clean it, he seemed disturbed but did it anyway and proceeded to make my sandwich on a wet counter space. I simply asked if he could dry the counter and replace the bread, which he did but while telling me I should just take what he was giving me. I was already in shock by the visible mess but his comments urged me to just walk out of the store hungry on my lunch break.
I will not go back to this location.

This is the worst jersey mikes sub I have ever seen I ask the guy was the bread fresh after he fixed my sub he said it’s from yesterday then I ask him how long before the other bread comes out he said 30 minutes and he brought the bread out in 5 wish wasn’t cooked completely they should definitely close this location down definitely calling the corporate office to file a complaint

Worst Jersey location, go to literally any other one in Raleigh. They are closest to my house, so I’ve now given them 4 chances. They haven’t got my sandwich correct yet, and it’s a very simple order. Italian with only tomato and lettuce. Messed it up every time. Bale st is best location

Used Doordash with this store multiple times, this store repeatedly either sends incorrect or not at all items. But yet still charges for them. Thankfully Doordash refunds but this store is consistently bad at this.
