Went to order at this location and I was already set on what my order was before going in upon arrival I was not greeted, nobody said anything like they needed a minute. Clearly they were in the middle of doing orders but they were also talking and standing around staring at me as nobody else was in the line.

This was one of my lease favorable experience at one of my favorite places to eat. The employee by the name of “Zack” was completely rude and inconsiderate of what I thought was a simple request.
I noticed that the area where they prepare food was extremely messy and I asked if he could clean it, he seemed disturbed but did it anyway and proceeded to make my sandwich on a wet counter space. I simply asked if he could dry the counter and replace the bread, which he did but while telling me I should just take what he was giving me. I was already in shock by the visible mess but his comments urged me to just walk out of the store hungry on my lunch break.
I will not go back to this location.

This is the worst jersey mikes sub I have ever seen I ask the guy was the bread fresh after he fixed my sub he said it’s from yesterday then I ask him how long before the other bread comes out he said 30 minutes and he brought the bread out in 5 wish wasn’t cooked completely they should definitely close this location down definitely calling the corporate office to file a complaint

Worst Jersey location, go to literally any other one in Raleigh. They are closest to my house, so I’ve now given them 4 chances. They haven’t got my sandwich correct yet, and it’s a very simple order. Italian with only tomato and lettuce. Messed it up every time. Bale st is best location

Used Doordash with this store multiple times, this store repeatedly either sends incorrect or not at all items. But yet still charges for them. Thankfully Doordash refunds but this store is consistently bad at this.
Been going to Jersey Mike's for years and never had a sandwich this bad. Took 30 minutes from entering to getting my food and only one person ahead of me who had already ordered when I walked in. Got my food. Got back to work and it was burnt. (Ordered a Philly cheesesteak) I can only assume it spent the entirety of my visit on the grill. At this point they were closed so there was no one to complain to. Wouldn't want a replacement from here anyway. It's a lot of money to spend on crappy food and I hope it's a fluke but I won't be back to this store anytime soon. Someone who came in after me was also waiting on a cheesesteak and he asked if it was ready and they gave him one while I waited another 5 minutes for mine. Could have been an online order but still seemed off.

My company called in a large catering order an hour before pick up and the team communicated the challenges, set (and met) my expectation for pick up time, and did it all calm and professionally.
I arrived early to wait for my order to be completed and they were in the middle of a lunch rush. They still completed my order on time, made sure I had everything I needed, and helped all the customers in line. Cool, calm, and professional.
Dietary restrictions: large order for 18 ppl, many options for all diets.

I've been going to this location for years. Today they barely put enough meat on my Giant sub to cover the cheese. I saw a manager a couple of weeks ago telling them to put less meat on the sub. I have been practically a lifelong Jersey Mike's customer. I will stop going. I'm paying $20 for a sub that has half to meet. Too many other choices here to deal with this.
