Well I walked in with an attitude because of personal things and I knew they was about to Close soon at 9pm it's 8:49pm. Usually employees get mad when customers come in at 5 or 10mins before closing time. But last night Michael and Chrissy was the opposite. They made the perfect Sandwiches like it was 12pm and a discount. Discount helped me alot. I already didn't have much money. I appreciate that Chrissy. I walked out totally different than how I walk in because they was kind to me! You never know what people are going through, it doesn't hurt to be Kind to them. Thank you so Michael and Chrissy are guys are Awesome!!!!!

Good sandwiches but always the slowest and least friendly service at any JM I’ve been to.
I picked up a sandwich on sept. 27th around noon and everyone in there was super nice! (Especially one of the ladies I think she might have been on grill at the time) Im pregnant and they had no issues heating my sandwich up for me and the cookie was delicious! Very happy pregnant lady ☺️

I'd like to be contacted. These employees need to be fired. Blaring music so loud and laughing and being inappropriate. This location sucks. Maybe have some adults working vs just young people, they clearly didn't care about a thing. I came in and ate 6/26/25 around 2:45. Make it better and I'll change my opinion.
