I spent several hundred dollars a month with this business and with my employees and family thousands. I ate here for lunch recently and had to leave for an appointment. When I returned with my cup to sit and work on my phone one employee screamed at me in front of customers and other employees not to get more tea and accused me of not having paid for it which I did. I got my tea and left. I let this go and was polite to her though it was undeserved and no apology was offered....read full review
I will never order from this store again! The shift lead was rude who was in charge because on no management in store!!! If you want soggy food poor management and rude customer service go to this Jersey Mike's!!!
1st tried to call in no answer
2nd ordered complicated order and came out wrong
3th received an attitude while checking out when trying to get food correct there and while getting refund
