I ordered one sandwich an hour and a half ago (10:46pm, 09/28). The address I punched in was the one suggested by Jimmy Johns. I also included the residence hall I was in. The driver, the only one working, called to say he couldn’t find me. I tried to find out where the difference in addresses was. He was too irate to listen to what I was telling him, while he was 2 minutes away from my location. He yelled at me, and was very rude. So not only was it an hour and a half late in even attempting to be delivered, I was scolded and yelled at so much that I just gave up and asked for a refund. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Not the best :/. I really like this JJ every time I come in, but this was horrible.

I asked for all the freebies with no spicy mustard, I forgot to ask for no jalapenos so that was my fault. The spice mustard doesn't come off so it wasn't to my liking, at least I was able to remove the jalapenos!!!

This is my go to place for a sub! I work on Hillsboro Street said the delivery is usually fast and my order is always correct. The number 11 sub On a wheat roll is always delicious. If we're too busy to go out to Zaxby's or chipotle these fresh subs always hit the spot.

Pretty damn disgusted. I ordered a sub after I got back to work from the gym. I work five to ten minutes from them max. 45 minutes later my delivery guy finally shows up. When I go to pay he says "Oh, they didn't give me change at the shop." Excuse me?! Do your job. Get it together. I never complain about restaurants, but this is a terrible display of how to run a business.
