Just sad and pathetic. I ordered 11 sandwiches online and picked them up. The order was incorrect and the employees were clueless. I will not go back.

Freaky slow. Probably the worst Jimmy Johns I've been to in the whole Triangle area. Most sit down restaurant chains are faster. Kind of pointless to use app for pick up if you still have to wait 30 minutes.

After repeating my drink order 4 times, I still got what the cashier wanted me to have and not what I ordered. Ordered humus. Did I get humus? Nope! When was this dried out bread baked?
I see the "store" owner responses to the poor Google reviews with the standard one click reply. Just a thought, actually read the complaints and stand up and fix your.. stuff! Or, do Jimmy John's a favor and close the location.

UPDATE: I contacted JJ via the link they posted below for a resolution…I let the rep know that not one item I ordered was made correctly ($57 order, includes tip). Their resolution - one complementary sandwich. Needless to say, this review will remain a 1 star.
I’m done with this Jimmy John’s! I finally decided to give them another chance after screwing up multiple orders. Needless to say they’ve failed once again. Why do you allow for customizations if you NEVER fulfill them! On top of that, delivery times are a joke - 2mi from the store and the delivery takes 40min!

The worst jimmy johns hands down I've ever visited. I've never once had them get any customizations right, if they even customize it in any way shape or form. The drive thru and the delivery times are egregiously long. I sat in the drive through for about 20 minutes waiting to get through three cars. Then when I got to the window it was another 10 minutes just sitting next to the window.
This store manages to fail flawlessly no matter how you attempt to order your food.
I've one time ordered something for delivery during the 4/20 special didn't get anything I ordered from the special that they were promoting super hard. I called and asked if they could actually send my real order. They sent someone out again, and he once again brought the exact same wrong order.
