I have always loved Jimmy John's because their bread is just so soft and fresh and with their delicious cold cuts and if you add a bit of oil and vinegar to your sandwich it is so so good. Try one and you will see what I mean 🤎

The only jimmy John’s I go to where my online order is never ready. Takes them 20 mins on average to make your one sandwich and you’re going to have to tell them when you walk in the door so they can maybe start making it within the next 15 mins. I’ve ordered a dozen times from this location the past couple months and it’s the same story every time. And I get the same weird, cold attitude from everyone in there. Not one smile or how are you. Close this location down, it’s making yall look dumb.

The driver was reasonably considerate in a situation against his control. He delivered and was polite even in the face of an obscene drunk customer (myself). His customer service skills are 5 stars and I would give him a 6th if I could. He didn't give me his name but the driver on Sep 22 at 1852 is the kind of employee every food service conglomerate wishes they had. Patient, practical, and efficient.

Omg this location is so slow! They really need to come up with a solution for this. Placed an order online and still waited 15-20 mins in drive thru for one wrap. If the person at the window order isn’t ready, rhey should be parked in a parking spot and have someone run it out. Simple solution. Food is normally good but the service will make me stop eating here.

It is definitely not freaky fast service here. Waited over 45Min for my order in the drivethru after I placed it online ahead of time. It was 1 sandwich. This location is always slow with service.
Took almost 30 minutes to get our food from drive through although there were only 2 car’s ahead of us.

Love this location! I order my lunch on the app frequently and they always deliver incredibly fast. I’ve only ever had one bad experience, picking up at the drive through and the bread was crunchy. But 99% of the time they rock and the delivery workers are so nice! Love the beach club and love the JJ app!
