Jumbo China Restaurant

I come here all the time with my fiancé for a quick bite. I always get the orange chicken but saw the chef had a new dish. It was mango chicken and pineapple fried rice. I tried both and it was so sweet and fresh! The rice was super fresh as well. I actually asked the chef to make me the biggest size since we’re expecting and I had a sweet tooth lol and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I love this place so much for the convenience and price.

This place is one of the best Chinese restaurants i have ever eaten from the portion sizes to the kindness of the customer service they know what they are doing and how to do it right ✅️ the chef 👨‍🍳 is a very kind gentleman with a heart of gold who answers every pestering question that I have to ask every time he jobs down a new dish so if anything that I mentioned sounds good to you then come on down to jumbo china and get to know which dish is your favorite today.

Best Chinese I’ve had in the Raleigh Area. Staff is very friendly and I go once a week for their steak and cheese egg roll! So good, freshly made every morning and full of meat! Chef comes up with new specials almost monthly and I always try one! Recommended to all my family and friends!

We have frequented Jumbo China for the last three years. In this time, my food has been great, taste and portions generous. Today, I place a substantial order as usual. Upon arrival our arrival home, we were dismayed that our order was a far cry from what we ordered. We returned following a call to inform them of the error. They apologized and asked us to return for the correct orders. Mind you, we live seven (7) miles from the restaurant but we did return to get what was originally ordered. We returned home to eat what was susposed to be lunch. To our utter dismay, the order was still wrong. It was nowhere near what we ordered. We called back to speak to the manager, the female receiver of our call stated the mgr. was busy, We demanded the mgr. be put on the telephone. The receiver placed the phone down and continued to take orders, never alerting the mgr. to our call. We hung up and called back, this time the female receiver hung up on us. We drove to the establishment for a third time. Upon our arrival, the female receiver denied answering the phone. What became crystal clear upon our third visit on this day was that the Jumbo China was no longer being managed by Asians as it had in the past. Every staff person in the restaurant were Latino. Their English was broken and seemed not to fully understand the scope of the issue at hand. That's right the Asians sold out to Latinos. If you plan on visiting this establishment which we won't anymore, it is advisable you check your order prior to leaving. Bon Appetit

Chinese food has never really been my favorite, but this restaurant truly exceeded my expectations. The food was fresh,flavorful and surprisingly good. Service was fast and the prices were very affordable. I will definitely be coming back

Ordered the shrimp fried rice and it was the worst I’ve ever had. Shrimp was going bad and had a rotten smell. I would never order from this place again. Absolute garbage.

New chef, a non Asian. I asked for egg food Yung Without onions. His onion substitute was wonderful! He drained the oil from my food very well. Definitely not one who believes pouring extra oil over the food makes the food taste better Yuck.

This restaurant serves a great variety of Asian dishes, with their standout specialty being the Crispy Sesame Jumbo Shrimp, which I highly recommend. The prices are very reasonable, and they offer delivery service, with generous and well-presented portions. It's an excellent choice for enjoying flavorful Asian cuisine in a comfortable setting at affordable prices

Friendly staff that were accommodating with my order. Made fast and was very good too. No complaints. They do prefer cash payments according to their sign and they don’t take AMEX or Discover.

food is not cooked fully (egg rolls were gewy inside) rice was hardenedAnd this is the 2nd time i try this place and IVE LITERALLY GOTTEN SICK-throwing up and sick! 1st time i thought it was a coincidence but OMG! Immediately again i started throwing up!I do not think they use real meat bcus my stomach has had such a forceful and foul reaction 2x ! I WISH I took pics but i was so disgusted I immediately threw it outStay away!!!!!

This place is hit or miss. If you see a bunch of construction workers eating and crowding the dining area, chances are the food will be fresh and taste like it's supposed to. If not, don't buy anything as they reheat their food and serve it to you.
