I've been eating at Kanki for about 37 years, mostly this location but I've tried the others as well. At times one other has been better or worse but this location has been the most consistent. There was a noticeable drop in quality in both the food and the service during and immediately after the pandemic however and we've been coming here less as a result. However, this visit was absolutely an exception and was the best experience we've had in years. The service is probably the best we've ever had. The server was very attentive and friendly and we were left wanting nothing. In addition, the chef was also friendly and the food was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that it was my son's 14th birthday and, though the chef did do a little something, I think there could have been a little more show with catching things in his hat or tossing the food pieces into the diner's mouths, etc. All in all a great experience. We will be back more often.

Super delicious! We had 7 different sushi rolls and split the 5 party meal 4 ways due to a birthday.Wheelchair accessibility: It's at Crabtree Valley Mall on the lower level which is wheelchair accessible.

The food was fine but the waitress named Kim was very rude she body shammed a12 YEAR OLD. She told told a MINOR that they shouldn't drink and eat so much , however a parental guardian said that she was out of line and does not need to say those thing to customers let alone a 12 year old child.

This place has turned to trash!The server forgot about my food twice!Didnt even bring my salad and the chicken was burnt!The manager wow what a joke!!He took 10 mins to come over with a smug look on his face explaining what happened he only said ok!!!I told him what i thought about his trash food and service!!Do not go there it's garbage like the food and management!!

Please save yourself the money and the time , my husband and I came here for dinner , and they barely give you any food and charge you full dinner prices , and the meat is over cooked and dry this is very terrible please don’t waste your money !! You will be highly disappointed
