Ordered KFC Christmas Eve at 3:30 pm. Front service person Fulton was very pleasant and helpful. Manager then came up front and said there was no more original recipe only extra crispy and I could only get 1 mashed potatoes with my 16 piece chicken order. She was very rude and abrupt. The wait was average. Unlike the Taco Bell 2 miles north on Six Forks Rd, this location does not observe the same contactless precautions. They didn't give me a fork or any napkins for my drive thru order. But they got the Taco Bell sauces I asked for. Food was good though. Taco Bell app needs work.
