I am not from this area and was just passing through. Stumbled on this place by accident as I enoy privately owned eateries. This place is A+! of I lived nearby I'd be here regularly. Great menu. I had the chicken salad on a wrap. I didn't even know it would be toasted (which was nice) and it was toasted to perfection. Very good sauce. I'll definitely hit this place again next time in that area!

We come here often as it’s one of the only smoothie and organic/clean food spots in Wake Forest/North Raleigh. Highly recommend! Their smoothies are amazing, the store is very clean and staff is always very nice and welcoming. Support local!
