I was greeted upon entering this place, the food and drinks all look delicious! I got a frozen Java chip drink with coffee that was good! My partner got a churro sundae and couldn’t put it down once he took a bite! Simply sublime! They have a free parking lot in front of the store, about 5 or so tables and chairs inside. They have a changing table in the women’s bathroom and the bathrooms are very clean!

Next time - I’ll definitely try to take home a gallon of the coconut horchata. Churros were diabolical - I’m so glad I limited myself to their smallest number of mini churros. Cute establishment and a nice treat after a full day of errands

The regular and coconut horchata are amazing. This is my go-to place. They have many amazing treats on their menu. Try it you won't regret it.

Food was good fruit was fresh many kit pancakes we're on point. Please get this waffle was really good too. If you get waffle, tell them to not put in box. Very hard to cut ✂️ 😁
