This spot gave me a friendly family atmosphere. It wasn't crowded and the waiter was very nice and helpful. The food came out fresh and hot. The sandwich pictured below was great and even so the day after. The tacos were good. They were not as good as some I've had in the past but these were decent. Would I go back, probably to try something else. You should give it a try bc we received a couple references to stop by! I had a margarita beverage, it was also ok.
What great little find! It was our first time finding this little gem and we were very happy about it! We went while in the area for a local Yelp event. There was maybe about three other people within the restaurant - so there wasn't a wait. The staff was very inviting and friendly. They gave many suggestions of what to try. This place is really great. We normally do takeout - the sandwiches (torta), quesadilla plate, and tostada's are wonderful. Portion size/value is great and I always receive kind service. Salsas that come with your meal taste so fresh. We have not had a bad experience with Chilango :)Vegetarian options: Menu specifically shares which items have no meat for convenience.
