Meh.... My overall experience was ok. Would I visit again? No, the service was horrible as in the employee's seem like they didn't want to be there or were not talkative at all. Food portions are great! They really serve a good amount of food for what you pay. The atmosphere of the restaurant was decent but would of been better if friendlier attitude. I even went at a slower time, there was like only 3 families at various tables.

We visited La Cucina Italiana Raleigh on Jun 14, 2026 to celebrate our son's graduation. Our first time for all of us party of six. Although I don't care for Italian cuisine, I am partial to seafood. When I saw clams and mussels on the menu, I knew I wanted to try them.

When we entered, the sign at the reception desk told us to sit anywhere. After we were given the menus, it would be at least five minutes before the waitress returned to take our beverage...

The food was absolutely fresh and delicious! The customer service was also top notch!
Lastly, our toddler was able to quietly build a Lego tower after finishing dinner which allowed time for Dad and I to finish our dinner with a little quiet. 😀
