Please someone tell the person who's making the burgers that Xtra (extra) onions means MORE onions not ZERO onions. Last 3 I ordered had zero onions when I got home.
The employee did not waah his hand. I saw him sweeping the floor and he went handle my food and drink. I just lost out of 5.00. The manager act like she re made my food and drink. I throw it in tbe trash can when i got to work. They not get any more my money. I wouldn't give them a star. Teach ur employees to wash their hands.
If you are not a 24hr facility turn off your lights. Don't let cars stack up in the drive thru and hide when people pull up at the window to ask if you're open. At minimum put the hours on the drive thru so people don't have to google your hours wasting time. I've ask around and this seems to be common practice at this location.
