I’m surprised this place has all the bad reviews ! The 4121 blue ridge road McDonalds in Raleigh is great . My food was fresh , I loved my Big Mac and fries . The staff were all smiling and seemed happy to serve me . I have a older model car and my gps in it isn’t updated . One of them helped me to find where I was going and offered perfect directions . Thank you ! I will definitely return to this McDonald’s

Place is pretty fast and the staff are nice.
My only gripe is that McDonald's charged $1.98 (not sure if it was for 2 cheeseburger or for 1) for a small quarter size big Mac sauce on a cheeseburger, it is so ridiculous, my drink cost less than the small quarter size sauce on my sandwich, smh!

Typically a good experience here. Just writing this review to say that whatever woman who was there this morning at the drive thru is just incredibly bad at her job. Can’t tell people hello/good morning or even ask what they want, just says “okay” before then not taking the correct order. Telling people to go to the first window, then waving them to the second window (this happened to the car behind me as well). Very unprofessional from top to bottom, will continue to just...
