This McDonald's location doesn't deserve the 2.6 star average rating. The service was friendly, fast, food was hot and fresh. They did mess up my extra pickles and put no pickles but that's an easy mistake. Overall great experience for the food court.
Working in the mall, this is the McDonald's I always go to, and I usually never have any issues. There was however one time where someone stole my order and when I came to get it they took forever to give me the one or two items I ordered and then I later found out my card was double charged. Went here a few weeks ago. Initially my order was taken incorrectly. I went back inside where Ms. Toy replaced my order with no question. She was very pleasant and corrected everything.
