“great everytime they miss something from my order when i order them once every two months friday nights from ubereats…this is their 5th and final chance for me this time it’s missing lamb from the LAMB bowl, i also order a chicken bowl for my boyfriend which was fine with its meat and proper ingredients mine was missing the exact thing in its name, why not communicate to my ubereats driver their was no more lamb why send them off with missing ingredients make them look like the bad guy, but because missing side pita, missing drinks, ordering whole pita, then only getting the side pita, missing dessert , now missing lamb from the lamb bowl , have all happened when ordering from this 403 Daniels Street location , when ordering around 7pm-8:30pm on friday nights, i know it’s not just the driver each time..as stated before I only eat them once every few months so the rare occasions having continuous missing items shows they think online/delivery orders shouldn’t receive same communication or proper orders because we won’t show up in person but i tell you this, you don’t get a raise by purposely being skimpy and skipping out on your customers you feel embolden to treat a way cause they won’t be standing in your face..do NOT order from them through delivery services just go in person if you still wanna give these kids your money, we all burnt out in this economy but it doesn’t mean you slight your customers, or you won’t have a job when that store closes from such repeated occurrences, and if you don’t care so much, please work somewhere else and stop playing with people food who actually worked hard in order to treat themselves to it as you would yourself. a shame won’t order again meal was blown for the whole night basically ate a veggie bowl, i could’ve made that at home.“

Let me be clear when I say that we are done with that mask game. We will not patronize a business that requires masks. Period! My money will be spent elsewhere. My wife stumbled upon Taza Grille and when we went to check it out, we found wonderful people running it. People like us. People that have common sense. “Service is terrible (nonexistent). Our server never once checked on us during our meal. She forgot to bring us our soup and because she never came back we couldn’t even ask for it. Server ignored us so long we had to go to the front to ask for our check. I would not come back here because of how terrible the wait staff is. We asked for some water and they brought us bottles and then charged us. Menu is pretty unclear as to what the different items actually are or how large they are. My mandi chicken was pretty good though. Very tender! I didn’t like the soggy skin and dealing with all the bones and fat but it was overall good chicken. The restaurant itself is cozy and clean.“

“Food was good, although temperature was a bit too cold. They were closing in a half hour and didn't have gyro on roller. Gyro was already cut they weren't keeping it hot enough within the steam table.....thus loosing a star. Baklava was good but used to be better. It used to be my favorite baklava anywhere. I believe they used to get it from Chapel Hill if I remember correctly. Been hitting both Hillsborough locations for many years when in Raleigh.“

“As always, everything that I have gotten at Aladdins has been fresh and deliscious. They have always had the best iced tea until a few evenings ago. Pick up a togo order and 2 teas. The tea had an very off taste to it like it was old tea. While I have had that in may restaurants, mostly fast food places, not once has it happened at Aladdins. Always the best.“

Luckily, they were about to close and cooked me a delicious vegetarian meal of freshly fried falafel with yummy hot fries. Meat looked like it was in preformed shapes, not sliced fresh off the rotating hunk of meat that other gyro places have. The meat slices had grill marks on them and tasted like they had artificial smoke added. I was burping it up for hours afterwards.“

“I tried Checkers Pizza the other night and honestly, I was impressed. The pizza came out hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings. The crust had a good balance—crispy on the outside but still soft inside. I got a pepperoni and a veggie, and both were flavorful without being too greasy. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was ready on time, which I appreciated since I did a pickup order. Prices are pretty reasonable too, especially for the size of the pies. The only thing I’d say is the wait time was a little longer than expected, but it was worth it once I tasted the food. Definitely planning to go back again.“
