If you are in Raleigh and craving some Italian food, you must check out Miltons! We were driving through 4 years ago and stopped and enjoyed so much that when passing through again last Friday we stopped. We enjoy the buffet so much.. such a delicious variety of food... the pizza is hands down the best I've ever had and the penne Alfredo in the buffet was another favorite.. if we lived closer, would definitely be regular customers!

The whole restaurant needs a cleaning. Feels so dirty all over. And the food isn’t as good as it used to be. So disappointed today.

I recently visited Milton’s with my friend and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Our waiter, Samuel, was the best part of our experience. He was knowledgeable of the menu and his recommendations for food and an adult beverage were on point. I look forward to going back and I hope Samuel will be there to serve us again!

I have been coming here since I was a child and now bring my own children who fondly call our buffet trips “pizza parties” and really look forward to the experience. Today however a waitress (not our own) came over and made a comment about my child’s behavior in a demeaning and unacceptable way. I felt so uncomfortable and my child was embarrassed. She continued to walk by our table several times and each time stared at my child and made rude facial expressions in her direction. I felt unwelcome at a place that has held many special memories with me and my family over the years. I hate to say this but I don’t believe we will be back for at least the foreseeable future. I would expect better from a server in a FAMILY establishment.

I now live on the other side of Raleigh and had not been in in quite a while and somehow forgot how fantastic Milton's is!! Had the buffet for lunch and everything across the board was fantastic! I will be back v soon. Highly recommend if you have not yet been to Miltons!

All the people working there are so incredibly nice! They are always so kind and helpful! The food is delicious, and service is spectacular! I can’t wait to come back!

Kid-friendliness: They have an amazing kids menu that they can color in. They also have so many children chairs all around for you to use! And almost evrey table has an open end so you can put a chair there. Also every
table is very close to the bathroom in the case of an emergency! Also the food is so yummy, my kids love it!

We went for the italian buffet. They have pizza with different toppings such as veggies, pepperoni and cheese. There are beef ribs, pasta, lasagna, salad bar different red sauces, meatball and more. Italian pastries for dessert. The food is well stocked. Soups were a little thin. Overall, it's a pleasant environment. Food quality was mixed with some entrees better than others. The price for all you can eat was about $18.00. If you like buffets for lunch this might be a good place to try.

Pizza and Stromboli were fantastic. Friendly staff. Busy Saturday night. Manager came to table to apologize for time it was taking for the food. Nice touch.

Normally we love it here, but just had an absolutely terrible experience regarding the way wait staff handled speaking to and about one of the children at our table and won’t be returning to this location in the foreseeable future. Extremely disappointed and disheartened doesn’t even begin to cover it, as we have been coming here to eat since we were children ourselves. This is not at all the kid friendly atmosphere we have come to know and love.
