Outstanding vegetarian curry ramen broth. I’ve had a lot of vegetarian ramen and this left a lasting impression. My non-vegetarian guests also raved about the chicken and shoyu ramens. Highly recommend checking out Miso Ramen.

From the moment my girlfriend and I walked in, we knew we were in for something special. The warm, inviting atmosphere set the perfect tone for the night, and the staff could not have been friendlier or more attentive.

The star of the evening was without a doubt the tonkatsu ramen. Rich, velvety broth with layers of deep, savory flavor—perfectly balanced between comforting and exciting. The noodles were cooked to perfection with just the right bite, and every topping felt thoughtfully chosen, from the tender slices of pork to the fresh green onions and perfectly marinated egg. You can tell this place has earned its reputation for food that’s made with skill and heart.

Beyond the incredible ramen, the entire experience felt personal and memorable. We laughed, lingered over every bite, and left already planning our next visit. If you’re looking for a spot where the food lives up to the hype and the experience makes you feel like a valued guest, this is it.

Excellent food, fantastic service. We ordered the spicy garlic edamame, the pork buns, tonkotsu ramen, and a spicy tan tan ramen and everything was absolutely delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back for sure the next time we're in Raleigh.

The best Ramen around! Very tasty.
We were freezing inside, there was no outdoor seating. They were friendly and sat us immediately. Restaurant is not as comfortable, and we had to keep getting up to get our own napkins, straw, and to-go box because they didn't check on us. But aside from this, we loved the food. Still prefer to go in to the restaurant over getting delivery, which we tried. The food is just better when it is hot and fresh. Sill telling my friends to try it because the food is amazing.. it's worth it.

I loved Miso! I've been here before Offline and so glad I can come with it too. Their food is amazing and their drinks are even better! The vibes are on point and I love their hospitality. 10/10 would recommend

Absolutely incredible experience! We sat at the bar and were lucky to have Joe as our bartender—his recommendations were spot on. We went with the pork belly buns over the popular fries and wow, no regrets—super flavorful and delicious. I had the miso ramen and my boyfriend got the spicy ramen (not too spicy, just the right kick). Both dishes were rich, balanced, and delicious. The food, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch. Can’t wait to come back!

Visited on a Sunday and found the atmosphere to be very inviting. At the recommendation of my server, Amen, I ordered the curry chicken. The young lady seemed to know her way around the menu and treated my party with respect and kindness, which is always appreciated. Food was wonderful, service excellent!
