Anytime we’re visiting Raleigh, we love to stop by Miso Ramen Bar. My partner and I LOVE the curry ramen, and everything else. For our most recent outing, a person named Paul was our waiter and did an amazing job. Paul was genuinely kind and the perfect amount of attentive. Thank you Paul!

This was my first time going and the ambiance, service and food was great! I had the Tonkotsu Ramen, bao buns and wings, and I would definitely recommend all three. I will be back to try more.

My husband and I went here for lunch earlier today and the food was so incredibly delicious. Well, my husband didn’t care for his entree but this is my review-I’ll get to that.
For lunch, this was plenty of food! We got the spicy garlic edamame. I’d say it was 1 on the spicy scale out of 5. Flavorful, but not too hot at all. Spice is always subjective though.
I ordered the spicy tomato miso and I’d absolutely order it again. Every bite was super good, all the ingredients were fantastic. I’d give it a 1 maybe 2 on the spice scale. There was a side of 3 fried shrimp which I dipped and really enjoyed.
Hubby got the chili garlic mazemen. I tasted it and our feedback was the peanut base that makes up the “sauce” is very overpowering. For a dish like this where that’s the only thing you’re eating, it was just too overpowering. We both agreed we’d be back but he would likely order something else on our return trip.

Tasty options for ramen with great flavors. We had the Chicken Curry Ramen with coconut milk broth and the Tonkotsu Ramen with pork bone broth - we could not decide which one we liked better, so we kept sharing bowls. The sea weed salad was flavorful and we would order again. 15 tables with seats at the bar, upbeat music and quick service. We will be back!

My husband and I had an amazing meal at **Miso Ramen Bar**! We started with the **pork belly bun**, which was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the **karaage wings**, which were crispy and well-seasoned. For our mains, we had the **chicken curry ramen** and the **spicy Tan Tan ramen**—both were rich, comforting, and packed with bold flavors. The broth in the curry ramen was creamy and fragrant, while the Tan Tan had the perfect level of heat. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

You know, I came with the expectation of being dissapointed. I didn't think any place could be better than where we normally would go, "Noodle Blvd." And this is no dig on them because they are good. But Miso Ramen.....blew me away. Straight up solid flavors, beautiful presentation, just an all around wonderful experience. And they don't skimp out on the meat at all, think I got almost the entire chicken in the Chicken Curry bowl. If you haven't been here, definitely have to go.

They were slammed when we went because they were short staffed, but i really appreciated their honesty in letting us know it would take a little while. Once we got our food it was SO worth the wait. Our waitress let us test some broths so we knew exactly what we were getting. But it was better than i even expected
