Long time customer; until today. Watched an overzealous young lady and the GM threaten to trespass an elderly gentleman who entered with his service dog. No attempt to verify the animal or communicate with the owner in a civil manner. When my wife and I pointed out the service dogs collar, clearly stating him as a service animal; the young lady behind the counter told my wife and I she “would drop our pizzas if we didn’t mind our business.” The GM left the room and refused to come back to the front.
We left without being served because they treated an old man, his service animal, and my family with unwarranted disrespect.

Stopping because we live MOD. This experience was a little lack luster. They seemed surprised when I asked for a plate handed me one and said that’s just box dust in the plate. The pizza wasn’t cut properly which made a huge mess and the balsamic glaze was only at the top. We were one of two orders in the place so they were not busy. This one wasn’t great for me. Better experience at the collanades.

Stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before the person behind counter acknowledged us. Alerted him to the fact that we saw two roaches while waiting and he just said “oh no” and went back to cooking. Every single table in there was dirty. Took it to go and won’t be back.
