We enjoy this place because its one of the only places with a dairy free cheese option. If you have family or friends that want a cheese pizza but can't have dairy this is a great place to try. Pizza is a little over priced for what you get and you can definitely get better pie. The staff is hit or miss, I have been and enjoyed the service but the past 2 times we went the staff made us feel like they didnt want us there.

So I totally messed up my daughter’s order (forgot the sauce) 🤦♀️ but the lady working this morning asked me as soon as I walked in and made it the right way. Highly recommend based on service and the food was excellent!

EDIT: I went there on Saturday night, and the man who helped me was super kind. Went out of his way to be. Also seemed like he was working really hard.
Plus, the pizza was the best I've ever had from here. It was loaded and delicious! Shoutout to the Saturday night crew!

Went here for the first time with my fiance tonight; the pizza was great. The service was absolutely terrible (in both our opinions). The guys there seemed okay, not much care about what’s going on since it was slow. We had a woman (glasses, long dark hair- didn’t get a name) serve us and we had to give each other looks of disbelief. We’ve both worked in food service and were shocked that someone could have such little care and such a terrible attitude. Nothing she said, just the way she was… like she didn’t want to be there. Left a tip out of pity, but really regret it. Don’t want to trash the entire business, just wish people like her didn’t get allowance to serve customers.

I love Mod Pizza but recently ate at the one on Creedmore Rd in Raleigh and was horrified by the filth. The bathroom was DISGUSTING! Management should be ashamed. The floors need mopping and there are too many flies. Shocking….
