Moe's Southwest Grill

If I could give negative stars I would! I don’t normally do reviews good or bad. However, today is the day, this evening I took my boys here for “kids eat free” well atleast one because I am only purchasing one entree- no welcome greeting. One lady is in her phone just standing there some alarm is going off and she notices NONE of it. Then she calls a young boy from the back who’s got two AirPods in and talking. I order the two kids meals and then he skips me and ask the lady BEHIND ME what her next order is. I had to say I had another entree to add to complete my order, he didn’t even ask what kind of rice I wanted, he automatically did brown which was fine- because that’s actually what I wanted. The black beans look like they been there ALL DAY. There was no liquid- it was a dry GLOB of beans. I go to the register, I can see the the grill behind them is DISGUSTING! Pay $21 and change. No kids drink, no cookie which is included - we are sitting and eating, my food is cold and dry and absolutely no flavor. The kids enjoy their quesodillas. And as I realize I forgot drinks I go to buy some and saw that kids meals come with drink and cookie. So I ask to double check what it comes with- he said “he forgot” probably because he was on the phone and interrupted and irritated because customer came in(I feel that way too sometimes lol) but I don’t forget to offer what they pay for!! Anyways salsa bar and drink/napkin/lid/straw/plastic ware area is GROSS-ER then the grill, trash is everywhere. If they were busy, I’d be SLIGHTLY more understandable. But no one was here when we got here and the two people working were on the phone. And I’ve been here for 25 min and 2 people have walked in for pic up orders. Please do better.

Food is okay here. Beware they are skimpy on the chips! Service could use improvement. I purchased a large queso and was only given a few chips on my plate.

I accepted it, but went up for more later and the employee gave me just small hand full. I raised no issue here. But did return to ask for more before leaving since I did not have enough at all for my large queso.

Employee informed me he will have to ask the manager. Only to return to inform me the manager said I will have to purchase more chips...

I was confused. Asked, well if I have to pay for chips now (advertised free) then how much am I guaranteed to receive? No clear answer given. So I didn't bother wasting money.

Last time I visited this location since.

I had visited for years in the past and had no issue. Always given plenty of chips, hence why I asked for a large queso.

Don't skimp on the chips and then make customers pay for extra. I will take my business elsewhere if a restaurant is too cheap to provide a few cents worth of product.

brought my daughter here and i couldn’t find an empty table to eat at that didn’t have a dead roach under it. countless dead roaches scattered around the restaurant. i tossed our food in the trash and we left. i’m usually pretty forgiving, but this was really gross.

Just absolutely the very best

I’m not sure where Moes fell off, I’m not even sure if they ever had a good thing going, but it’s definitely worse than I remember it. Everything is bland. Super bland. The chips are stale and almost as bad as Taco Bell chips. The salsa tastes like canned diced tomatoes. The steak in my burrito was mostly fat and tendons and I had to spit a lot of it out. The poblano crema had zero flavor. The only decent part about my visit was the person who worked there was friendly and wrapped the burrito perfectly. And I mean perfectly. They need an entire makeover. From the sterile, not fun decor, to the lack of flavor in the food. And…. Approximately $18 for a burrito and bad chips? Comeooooon. Do better.

Moes has been a long time fav of our family and they never fail! My whole family enjoyed the dinner. I got the kids burrito meal and it was delicious 🤤. Definitely recommend to eat at!

Does not honor clearly posted prices. Claims that burritos are 5.99 after 5PM every wednesday. However was informed that the manager ( listed as Judith Terrones on the door) told the workers they could not give the deal if people asked for it, only if they had the app. The sign says nothing about the app, but I did have the app anyway. Despite opening the app, they still did not give me the advertised price.

I do not appreciate places trying to bait and switch me like that. If you have a price posted you should honor it.

i just went to his location tuesday around 7:30 or so i got home and eatting and i found a piece of hair in my food , i was disgusted didnt finish eatting i throw it away and this was my second time getting a bowl i really like it now i think im start getting burrito so i dont see whats inside of it

The two girls in the front were dingy as can be , lied and said the food was fresh made and clearly it wasn't also one of the girls were gray not sure if it was a medical issue or what but highly 0/10 recommend

Just got Uber Eats delivery of 2 steak burritos. The steak is so cooked/burnt it is crunchy. Taste like bad beef jerky

This is not your preferred Moe's location. We were one of two families in the restaurant, and the employees (outside of the younger Hispanic girl) had very poor attitudes. I felt like we were an inconvenience to them, especially the lady with short curly hair, although they were there to work and were not busy. The food was mediocre and the rice was hard, as others have mentioned. It was not worth the $89 spent for two adults, a teenager, and two children. Changes need to be made at this location, if they want to do well.

Had a great experience here, very clean and well maintained. If you like things spicy try the new Chile lime sauce, it’s delicious and cravable
