Moe's Southwest Grill

I haven't been to Moe's in a while. The line server had a short snappy attitude, the bowls are half their old size, the rice had dry hard balls in it, shredded birras was tough, the sautéed onions and green peppers were under cooked, the onions were attached at the bottom of the onion, and my mom's water tasted like chlorine likely from the lemon container. All this for $32.87 with service attitude. $2.99 for a small salsa cup of guacamole? I am not returning to Moe's anytime soon.

I had a disappointing experience at Moe's recently. I arrived around 7:50 PM, with plenty of time before the store was supposed to close at 9 PM, and ordered a stack. When I asked if the employee could cut it in half, she refused, explaining that they don’t have a knife. How does a restaurant not have a knife? I was really taken aback by this response—it seemed like a small request that would’ve been easy to accommodate, especially with almost two hours until closing time. The lack of flexibility and customer service made my visit feel less than welcoming. I’ve always enjoyed Moe’s, but this incident really left a sour taste.

Wasn’t very packed. Dining area was clean. Staff was pleasant. Food was good. No complaints except the queso being room temp and not hot.

Placed a online order tonight was notified that it was received by the store around 820-825 and they let it sit as received until 845 then canceled it on their end seems like a manager wanted to go home early today

Ingredients were overcooked, rice, dry and hard, chicken chewy, no longer has the cheese blend and instead only serves mozz

I was there Wed. 11/6 around 5pm.
The salsa station was low on most of the salsa choices. Who is Kaiser was almost gone.
I got two burritos but only chips for one.
When I got home, the rice in both burritos was crunchy. The regular rice was more crunchy, but the cilantro rice was also.

The visit before, I was charged more than advertised fee for a combo upgrade. Service was slow.

This Moe's is in a great location. Each time I'm there, they're not busy. I hope service and quality improves so that it doesn't go out of business.

Rat in the bushes coming from direction of the dumpster going towards possibly IN the front door told us all we needed to know yesterday. Wont be going to SmashBurger or Jasmines or CFA or anywhere else in that shopping center anymore. Too scared. It wasn't even DARK yet. Drove to Falls River.

The food I got was cold and had HAIR in it. They forgot to give us our sauces and they did not have the drink machine like the other Moes. But the workers are nice:)

JUST ONE TIME can we get salsa with our delivery order. If it wasn’t for the salsa and queso then no one would order from Moe’s. Queso is an extra fee so hallelujah it’s usually with the order. Salsa is free so heaven forbid it’s included. After years of ordering the salsa consistency has decreased to less than 50% on delivery. Again - that’s the whole point of ordering Moe’s.

The food was standard for Moe's, but the service and atmosphere was terrible. I've been twice now and both times it feels like they have no AC on. It's stifling in there with zero air flow. I was sweating before I even ordered. The employees didn't say a word the entire time. The drink area was filthy and they were out of most drink options. The food was fine.
