The best cinnamon rolls around. Cinnabon is a 1/5 compared to these. Also have breakfast sandwiches served on Kings Hawaiian hamburger buns. The breakfast sandwiches are usually a little dry, so definitely add a sauce. The Chipotle mayo is fire. Free to add tomato, lettuce or mayo to sandwiches.

Absolutely recommend and love Morning Rolls!! Great customer service and amazing food. The October caramel apple cinnamon roll is my absolute favorite! Very delicious and would recommend to anyone looking for a sweet treat or breakfast foods!

This is the best cinnamon roll bakery I've ever been to. Really, really nice staff too.
I recommend their tot box for breakfast. The spices are complimentary to everything included.

Classic cinnamon rolls was good just wish the icing was the creamy icing
This is a quaint little place with affordable yet delicious food. My husband and I went in this past Saturday. I got a cinnamon roll and my husband got the brisket burger with an egg. The cinnamon was absolutely delicious with just the right about of frosting. It reminded me of the old timey rolls my mother used to make for me as a child. My husband loved the burger and really like the bun as well. Definitely a burger you could eat for a late breakfast and/or lunch.
We will certainly be returning!
The staff was nice, and our order was finished very quickly.
The sandwiches however were unedible. They were out of bacon at 11am on a Sunday which is really unfortunate, so we got the country ham. The country ham was so salty we were both struggling to swallow. Even after removing the ham all together the residual salt dried our mouths out. I am not being dramatic when I say it was the saltiest sandwich ive ever eaten lol. I know country ham is usually salty, I love country ham, but this was ridiculous.
Also, the sandwich was light on fillings, and the bun was a brioche hamburger bun, it shouldve been a hard roll or bagel or something with structure.
The cinnamon roll was delicious which is what saved this review from being 1 star. If I had only gotten cinnamon rolls, this would've been 4 or 5 stars. I think they should not serve sandwiches unless they dramatically rise in quality, this place is very well known for its cinnamon rolls which makes you have high expectations for everything they sell.

Small, local place, that is so good its dangerous! Everything Ive gotten from here is delicious. Have vegetarian sausage and chicken sandwich. Cinnamon rolls are top notch and freshly made right there in the place.
