Great little place in a strip mall. We had the sausage egg & cheese sandwich with chipotle mayo and highly recommend! The sandwich is made fresh to order. Now the cinnamon rolls are on a whole new level. The dough is soft and fluffy with the perfect amount of cinnamon and icing. Do not sleep on Morning Rolls!

Wow. I visited once, and I didn't try the cinnamon rolls, but I did try the BLT sandwich. I haven't been that impressed in a long time. There were no cut corners, every layer was seasoned, the amount was generous, and the ingredients were super quality!!!

Wow! My husband and I have been dying to try Morning Rolls! We stopped this morning finally and so impressed. Not only were the cinnamon rolls the absolute best we’ve ever had…. I was honestly so blown away with the customer service. The gentleman at the register smiled, asked us how we were doing and said good morning to everyone who walked in. That alone has me sold all day long. Good customer service is so hard to find these days…. But kudos to Morning Rolls! You guys are awesome!

The cinnamon rolls here are.amazing Try the seasonal ones they are delicious. We did the take and bake this weekend and they turned out delicious, instructions were clear. The place is small but has great atmosphere. Staff was excellent. Great customer service. Definately going to go back. Really want to try the burgers. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious too.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, but I have to give at least 1 to review this place. As we were walking up with 2 service dogs, we saw a dog bowl outside on the patio so we thought it was promising, however when we walked in, I’m assuming it was the owner, walked around the corner and got very ugly with us about the fact he couldn’t allow dogs in the restaurant and when we explained they were service dogs (they were wearing service dog vests), one with literally no hair on her body whatsoever, he told us he didn’t care and they couldn’t stay and then illegally asked what service our dogs provide. Needless to say, we decided not to stay but we went around the corner to Big Ed’s and had a wonderful time, with our service dogs!! Don’t waste your time or your money going to morning rolls!

love this place! I actually love to come here for lunch or a breakfast sandwich. Their Veggie burger is huge and delicious and only $7! Don't sleep on their breakfast/lunch sandwiches! If you do order the veggie burger, it takes about 15-20 minutes to make, I'd recommend ordering it ahead online for pickup. Of course their cinnamon rolls are the best in town too! order a tray of rolls and take a veggie burger to go!
