The food and service were amazing. We started out with drinks. My wife really enjoyed the Tropico Royale, said she never tasted anything like it (in a good way). We started with the Arancini Siciliani (rice balls), and bread service. The cheese inside the Arancini is that smooth, white, shiny, creamy, cheese that you almost always see at good Italian restaurants in NYC. When you cut into it, just oozes out, again in a good way. My wife enjoyed the Tagliatelle and mentioned it was the best she had, while I had the lasagna, which tied for the best I’ve ever had. It’s hard to describe, other than a more authentic, like you’d get from an Italian grandmother. Think homemade noodles, finely chopped meat with a zing of ricotta cheese of some sort I think, topped with mozzarella, mixed with a good Italian gravy (tomato sauce). The flavors came together rather nicely. It didn’t cost more than a chain restaurant and considering the quality ingredients/preparation, great service, felt like I got a bargain. I tied the lasagna on my best because, there was no appreciable difference to some of the higher end NYC restaurants and at a much lower cost. If someone reads this and disagrees, please reach out with a recommendation for our next trip.

A must do. The drinks, appetizers and entrees were all delightful. Paired with the great atmosphere and exceptional service, we are absolutely coming back.

Went here on a Thursday night for my Wife’s Birthday dinner. Food was amazing! Our server Ben was attentive and friendly. They even got my wife a rose plant for her birthday that we will plant in our yard. Thanks Mulino for a great night out!!

Very disappointed with this place, we used to love it because of the atmosphere and the food, but the food we tried when we went this weekend was inedible, we all ordered different pastas and they were all so salty, nobody in the table finished it, for an overpriced pasta you will think they will put more effort on the flavors and try them before sending them to the table. Will never go back sadly , such a beautiful place

Had a reservation at 8pm. Was seated at 7:45pm and waited 30min and no waiter or service. Had to get out of this place terrible service and atmosphere. Never again! Avoid at all cost!

It was our first time visiting. Although we couldn't try the Arancini Siciliani due to kitchen appliance issues, we loved the food. Everything was delicious, from the bread to the espresso coffee. We need to plan a second visit.

second visit and felt pressed by the staff to order in less than 5 minutes even restaurant was quite empty. ravioli dough was too thick and undercooked, swimming in the soup (wouldnt call it sauce).

This was our first visit to this restaurant and it was fantastic. The food and service were great. Looking forward to visiting again and trying more from their menu.

Our first time and definitely won't be our last. We loved Babylon before Mulino's came to birth at that place. Food was excellent and we brought our own wine which was a great decision.

One of best restaurants in Raleigh! Food come on time, exceptional service, awesome taste.

We found the restaurant very comfortable and attractive, and the service very attentive. Our two entrees (pasta and salmon, plus a salad) were tasty and well-executed. Free parking on site was a bonus. Definitely worth a try!

Overall experience was excellent until dessert. The tiramisu was absolute mush. Will go again just won't order dessert. It was truly enjoyable until then.

I love the ambiance and feel of the outdoor patio. The plants, patio lights, and pool make Muliono a huge winner on vibes. That said, the food is average to slighty above average. Nothing I've had is straight up bad by any means! But there's a couple things that make the prices not worth it. Too much salt here, somewhat undercooked pasta there, etc. I did really enjoy the Tiramisu and cannoli though. To me, this is a great place to get a drink or dessert in nice weather.

An underrated and hidden gem! Don't skip out on this place, the staff and the atmosphere really made the restaurant. I recently visited for dinner with a friend and her family, and the staff was so accommodating and friendly. The food itself is also incredible and definitely a must-try place!
