Food is decent. The lady who works up front is very rude and unprofessional. When I want Chinese I must count the cost of whether it is really worth having to deal with her. By the look of other reviews, she seems to treat everyone like this.
Food is normally pretty good, the red general tso is a bit weird to me plus it’s more sweet than spicy but that doesn’t stop me from getting it. Biggest opportunities I see as a customer is the person answering the phone doesn’t always seem to be in the greatest mood and that when I arrive early with no one in line should be able to pay for my food so when it’s done they can call it out to me instead of having to wait to pay for it and a bunch of people walk in that need...
Ordered Chicken Lo Mein and it was fine. Not the best, but it was OK.
The service could use some work. When I called to place my to-go order, the person just answered “hello”. I wasn’t sure if i had reached the restaurant as the greeting was if I had called an individual person. I placed my order, but the lady who answered was just very short and didn’t seem very friendly.
