Hard to believe this place wouldn't have a perfect 5-star rating. Easily the best bagel in Raleigh by a long shot. I can't imagine there is a better bagel for 100 miles. My friends downtown always grab a dozen or two when they are in the area because they are second to none.

Pro Tip: Freeze the fresh bagels and then run them under water for a few seconds before baking at ~300F for ~10 mins (give or take). I promise it's better than a 2+ day old...

I was finally able to try New York Bagels and Deli when there wasn’t a line out of the door. The Sun-dried Tomato Bagel with Pork Roll, Egg and Cheese was absolutely phenomenal! I will definitely be back.

Best bagels in Raleigh. It's not unusual to see groups of policemen in line waiting to place orders. That tells me that they serve great food at reasonable prices. The people working there are fast and efficient.
